These terms of service govern your use of simpliq.shop and any purchases made through our store.

1. General
By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Simpliq reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time.

2. Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change. The price at the time of ordering is binding.

3. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. Average delivery time is 7–20 business days due to international shipping. Simpliq is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

4. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.

5. Liability
Simpliq's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
