Refund & Return Policy

At Simpliq, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to request a return
Contact us at contact@simpliq.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or defective items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

EU customers
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
